Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and z999 ("z999", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us") in relation to your use of the z999 website at z999.world and all services, games, betting markets, and features available through it.

By creating an account on z999, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or accessing any feature of the platform, you are accepting these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply to all Pakistani registered members and to all users accessing z999 regardless of the device or network used.

z999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of z999 after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version displayed on this page is always the current binding version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on z999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. z999 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or claim any bonus under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of z999, nor a member of any such person's immediate family.
• You must not be accessing z999 from any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned member of z999 who is attempting to re-register using different personal details.

z999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified. Any winnings generated by a member who does not meet the eligibility requirements may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Member

Each person may hold only one registered account on z999. Having two or more accounts — whether using the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. z999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts. If a duplicate account is detected, z999 may close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending or accumulated bonus amounts, and at its discretion return only the net deposited funds that can be verified as legitimate.

Registration Information

When registering on z999, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z999 login credentials, including your password. You must not share your account access with any other person. z999 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your z999 account, you must contact our support team immediately at support@z999.world. z999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

z999 is required to verify the identity of registered members as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may also be required in other circumstances at z999's discretion.

z999 may request any or all of the following documents to complete identity verification:

• A copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Proof of your registered mobile number
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name)
• A selfie or photograph holding your CNIC, if required
• Any other documentation reasonably required to verify your identity or the source of funds

z999 will process verification requests promptly. Funds are not at risk during the verification process — your balance is secure while documents are being reviewed. However, withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents for KYC purposes will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

z999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 500 for all other methods. z999 charges no fees on any deposit transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your z999 account — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from z999 is Rs 500. z999 charges no fees on any withdrawal transaction. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes of request submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawals via IBFT bank transfer are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours. Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours. These timeframes are estimates and may be longer during periods of high demand or for withdrawal amounts that require additional verification.

Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the z999 account from which the withdrawal is being made. Withdrawals cannot be made until identity verification (KYC) is complete. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. z999 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that trigger internal monitoring thresholds, which may result in a brief processing delay.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

z999 offers eligible new members a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The specific terms of the welcome bonus — including the match percentage, maximum bonus amount, eligible payment methods, qualifying minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds for sports betting, and expiry period — are stated on the promotions page at the time of the offer. These terms may be updated periodically.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by z999 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify a multiple (e.g. 20x, 30x) of the bonus amount that must be wagered in eligible games before a withdrawal request can include bonus-derived funds. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active in your z999 account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued to your z999 bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Bonus funds that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
• z999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse z999's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Refer a Friend rewards are subject to the specific terms stated on the Refer a Friend page and are credited only when the referred member completes the qualifying steps.

7 Gaming Rules and Fairness

All casino games available on z999 — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, and jackpot slots — operate using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live titles, and use real-time card shuffling and dealing for live dealer games. The RNG systems used by z999 are tested and certified by independent testing laboratories to confirm that game outcomes are genuinely random and statistically fair.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games on z999 are accurate, verified figures provided by the game developers and confirmed through independent audit. z999 does not manipulate RTP in individual games, during individual sessions, or for individual members.

The outcome of any completed and settled game on z999 is final. z999 does not reverse game results unless a verified technical error demonstrably affected the outcome of a specific round. In such cases, z999 will investigate and, where appropriate, re-credit the affected amount.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on z999 is subject to these general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the sports betting section of the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance.
• Bets placed on z999 sports markets are settled according to official match or event results as reported by the relevant governing body or official competition organisers.
• z999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly published in error (i.e. palpable errors or "palpable odds").
• In-play (live) bets accepted on z999 are subject to the in-play rules applicable to the relevant sport and event.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with z999's standard settlement rules for such circumstances, which are published in the sports betting section.
• Betting limits — both minimum and maximum stake per bet — apply across z999 sports markets and vary by sport, competition, and event.
• z999 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any member at its discretion, including members who have demonstrated patterns consistent with professional betting, arbitrage, or match fixing.
• Any winnings derived from bets placed on events affected by match fixing, corruption, or collusion — regardless of the member's knowledge or involvement — may be forfeited.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z999. Members found to be engaging in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one z999 account or registering under a name other than your own legal name
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds
• Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals on deposits made to z999
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market on z999
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting any technical glitch, bug, or system error on z999 for personal financial gain rather than reporting it to support
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or using wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Accessing z999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Any attempt to launder money through z999 deposits, play, and withdrawals
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing z999 staff, support agents, or other members through any communication channel

10 Account Suspension and Closure

z999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Suspicious account activity that triggers z999's internal AML or fraud monitoring systems
• A member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• z999's determination that continuing to provide service to the account would be contrary to its responsible gaming obligations
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements

Where an account is closed for reasons not related to prohibited conduct or fraud, z999 will return any verifiable real-money balance remaining in the account to the member's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements. Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have all or part of their balance forfeited at z999's discretion.

Member-Initiated Closure

Any z999 member may request account closure at any time by contacting support@z999.world. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the member's registered payment method following the standard withdrawal process.

11 Responsible Gaming

z999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani members. We recognise that for some people gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations to support affected individuals seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all z999 registered members through the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your z999 account. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals you choose reminding you of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from z999. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. z999 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded members.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

z999 collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered members in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on z999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, z999 uses your personal data to operate and maintain your account, process deposits and withdrawals, complete identity verification, personalise your gaming experience, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate platform updates and promotions to you (subject to your communication preferences). z999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Your personal data is shared only with service providers necessary for z999's operations (payment processors, KYC verification providers, etc.) and with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on z999.world — including but not limited to the z999 brand name and logo, all text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, code, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of z999 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any z999 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any z999 content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written permission of z999. Personal, non-commercial use of z999.world content for the purpose of using the platform in the normal intended manner is permitted.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z999's total liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from their use of the platform — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

z999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits from games or bets that were not placed or completed due to a technical issue
• Loss resulting from reliance on any information or data displayed on the platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to z999 due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances outside z999's reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to maintain appropriate account security

z999 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to z999.world at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

15 Changes to These Terms

z999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, z999 will notify registered members through one or more of the following channels: email to the registered account address, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on z999.world. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notification.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version is always the version displayed at z999.world/terms-conditions. Continued use of z999 after notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using z999 and may close your account by contacting support@z999.world.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z999 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising between you and z999 in relation to these Terms or your use of the platform, z999 encourages you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution.

z999 aims to resolve all member disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through z999's internal dispute process, disputes may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body applicable under z999's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable laws in Pakistan.
